By using Gorgeballs you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bramblewick LLC.
Gorgeballs provides an online marketplace that lets consumers discover and book appointments at independent salons. We are a technology intermediary — we are not a salon and we do not provide beauty services directly.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
When you make a booking through Gorgeballs:
Each salon sets its own cancellation policy, which is displayed before you confirm a booking. Cancelling outside the allowed window may result in loss of deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
Deposits processed through Gorgeballs are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Gorgeballs does not charge booking fees to consumers.
You may not:
Reviews you submit must be honest and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
The Gorgeballs name, logo, and platform are owned by Bramblewick LLC. You may not use them without written permission.
Gorgeballs is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid through Gorgeballs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Gorgeballs after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
